Troop 286 Meeting Plan NEW PATROL NIGHT

12/2/19 Service Patrol: Everyone

Gathering Activity: 7:00 pm – 7:15 pm: Mum Ball or Scout Trivia (Jack O, John A and Emmett L arrive at 6:45 pm)

Opening: 7:15 pm – 7:25 pm: Collection of the Gradle stick

Patrol Corners: 7:30 pm – 8:15 pm: Meet your new Patrol as the three new patrols are:

· New Scout Patrol with Bryce Chatham as Patrol Leader

· Tristan Betterelli Patrol Leader (Emmett Leader will assist)

· Tristan Solomon Patrol Leader (John Abramo will assist)

· Senior Patrol Leader Jack Orrange will oversee all Patrols

· Adult Leadership will provide direct supervision and support to all patrols with Jay Balcom and Matt Surowiec providing that for the New Scout Patrol

New Patrols to complete the following together:

· Election of an Assistant Patrol Leader

· Establish a Patrol Name

· Establish a Patrol Yell

· Create an Patrol Flag

Patrol Leaders Council to hold a brief meeting
