Happy New Year Meeting Plan for 1/6/20

Important Updates:

· 1/24/20 – 1/26/20 Klondike requires signup and payment of $25.00 now or by 1/13/20

· 1/27/20 Out Meeting Town Aquatic Center, 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm, $4.00 cost, Adults are free

· Sign up sheets available for the rest of our scouting year

· We are requesting a $50.00 deposit now for the New York City Big City Trip from 4/16/20 – 4/19/20. Without enough commitment from adults and scouts the trip will be cancelled

Important Troop Reminders:

· We need to plan the cleanup and organization of our storeroom that will occur over our holiday break

· New Scout Patrol with Bryce Chatham as Patrol Leader

· Tristan Betterelli Patrol Leader (Emmett Leader will assist)

· Tristan Solomon Patrol Leader (John Abramo will assist)

· Senior Patrol Leader Jack Orrange will oversee all Patrols

· Adult Leadership will provide direct supervision and support to all patrols with Jay Balcom and Matt Surowiec providing that for the New Scout Patrol
