7:30-8:15pm: Communications Merit Badge with Mr. Dahlke during the parents meeting.
We want at least one parent/grandparent to attend. This meeting is so that you and your Scout can better know what to expect to be prepared to make our activities more successful.

7:20-7:30pm: opening flags & announcements 
7:30-8:15pm: Communications Merit badge with Mr. Dahlke. The following scouts need this merit badge: Timmy, Sean, Kenneth, Henry, Zach, Jase, Gavin, Phoenix, Evan, Andrew, Jackson, Oliver, Sabastian, Luke P and Luke J.

What’s Next:

Meeting Plans for 10/20

Hello Troop! Meeting Plans for 10/20:
 
We are gathering at 7pm at the track next to the parking lot. Please enter at the ramp side door.
 
7pm-7:20pm: gathering activity – Second Class Physical Test for Andrew N, Jace G, Kenneth B, Luke J and Gavin L. Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. Bring a full water bottle. The whole will help & encourage them.
 
7:20-7:30pm: opening flags & announcements 
7:30-8:15pm: continued teaching first aid for Tenderfoot, Second Class and First Class rank requirements & knot. Taught by the SPL, ASPLs, Junior Assistant Scoutmasters.
Leaders will be following up with all scouts about their advancement progress, some have Scoutmasters Conference and Board of Review for rank advancement.
8:15-8:30pm: Closing Flags & Announcements. $15 is past due for Sycamore Reservation Campout
 
What’s Next:
 
Popcorn Info: Due October 20th, money from show and sell is due. Also due are take orders, prize choices and returns. See Tom Duffy with your questions. 
 
October 27th: wear a Halloween costume.

Meeting Plans for 10/6:
 
Please enter at the ramp side door. We will no longer be entering at the exit door on the side of the building. Starting Monday, gathering activities will either be outside or in the lobby. We are to stay out of the meeting room until 7:15pm. 
 
7pm-7:20pm: gathering activity  
 
7:20-7:30pm: opening flags & announcements

Meeting Plans 9/15 and beyond!

7pm-7:15pm: The gathering activity is tarp ball led by our new Senior Patrol Leader Alex, Assistants Mark and Zach.
7:15-7:25pm: opening flags & announcements
7:25-8:15pm: assigning youth leadership positions. Forming Patrols & setting up patrol leaders, patrol names, shout, flag design.
8:15-8:30pm: Closing Flags & Announcements. $15 due for Sycamore Reservation Campout tonight
What’s Next:
Our first campout: September 19-21 at Sycamore Reservation 
10676 Hammond Hill Rd, East Otto, NY 14729.  This campout is tent camping at $15/person. Please drop off and pick up you scouts to Sycamore Reservation.  This is a tent camping trip. Please sign up with this google form:

Out Meeting 9/22:

Adventure Landing on Sheridan Drive at 6:30pm-8pm.

September 29 we will be holding a membership/open house. Every scout will be given an invitation card to give to a friend/family to encourage membership.  If you bring a potential new Scout to this meeting, you will be entered into a prize raffle. The council will be give recruitment patches if you have someone register.  We will showcase our Troop calendar, have a registration table and leader meet and greet. And scouts will lead activities to potentially interested Scouts.

First Troop Meeting 9/8 & beyond

 September 8th at 7pm is our first Scout meeting at our new location Church of Nativity 1530 Colvin Blvd, Tonawanda, NY 14223. Enter at the ramp side door.
7pm-7:15pm: The gathering activity will be a scavenger hunt outside, in pairs. This will be led by Cameron George.
7:15-7:25pm: opening flags & announcements
7:25-8:15pm: going over & signing the Code of Conduct (parents please read the attachment and sign). First Class Scouts and higher will have the opportunity to run for Senior Patrol Leader. Please be prepared to speak to the troop. And please be in Full Uniform!
8:15-8:30pm: Closing Flags & Announcements

Jack Duffys Eagle Project has a sign up genius for his second work day to complete his Eagle Project.  He is still looking for more help Saturday Sept 13th 9am-12pm and 12pm-3pm.

Pack and Troop is moving to Church of the Nativity

Hello Everyone,
Coming up next: we are moving to
Church of the Nativity UCC

1530 Colvin Blvd. Tonawanda, NY 14223.

Please RSVP for both dates so we can plan on who is helping. This will count toward service time.
Our first Scout meeting is Monday, September 8th at 7pm at Nativity Church.

June 23: planning 2025-2026 Scouting calendar!  Bring a chair & water. Bring your ideas for camping weekends, out meetings, Big City Trip locations & Summer Camp for 2026. This is our final meeting of the year. Wear your favorite class B shirt.
ADK canoe trip $100 deposit is due.
Communication on moving our gear to Church of Nativity will be coming!

**Summer camp fees are due now along with any other outstanding camping / event money due. Claimjumper $30 is past due. ADK $100 deposit is due by 6/23.**

Flags & opening : 7pm – Mrs. Maybacks Woodbadge Ceremony

We will be putting Troop gear away from Claimjumper Campout. Bring a game to play! Wear your favorite Class B
