Meeting Plan

7pm-7:15pm: gathering activity are the Tenderfoot Physical Fitness Requirements. One mile run. Caden and Joshua please wear sneakers and gym clothes. Bring a filled water bottle. The Troop will cheer them on. Please try to be on time. Sunset is 7:15pm.

7:15pm-7:30pm: Set up flags for the opening and 4 tables with chairs

7:30pm-8:15pm: Patrol Corners
1.) Re-Assign Patrols
2.) Select a Patrol Leader & assistant
3.) Name Patrol, yell and flag design

8:20pm-8:30pm: Closing Flags & Announcements.

Payments: outstanding payments for the June Claimjumper Campout, Summer Camp tshirts, ADK canoe trip, Sycamore Reservation.

What’s next?
September 27: parents meeting, please one family representative to the meeting with your Scout.

October 3: work day for Nativity 9am-12pm. Power washing, landscaping, painting. Wear old clothes. Please me know who is planning to help.

October 5: CIC merit badge night. Visit from County Exec.

October 12: no meeting due to holiday

October 16-18: Herkimer Campout. Tent camping. Approximately $75 per person.
