Meeting Plans 9/14 – First meeting

7pm-7:15pm: gathering activity in the downstairs room – getting to know you (be prepared to state your name, age, school, scout rank and one fun thing you did this summer)

7:15pm-7:30pm: Set up flags for the opening

7:30pm-8:15pm:
1.) Read through and sign the Code of Conduct Policy.
2.) Vote for a new Senior Patrol Leader. Any scout that is at least First Class can run for Senior Patrol Leader. Please be prepared with a statement about why you are a good candidate for SPL.
3.) Leadership position assignments. Please remember that scouts that want to advance need leadership positions.

8:20pm-8:30pm: Closing Flags & Announcements.

Payments: outstanding payments for the June Claimjumper Campout, Summer Camp tshirts, ADK canoe trip.

What’s next?

September 18-20: Our first campout of the new scout year is September, 18-20. We will be at Sycamore Reservation. 10676 Hammond Hill Rd, East Otto, NY 14729. It is $15 per person. It is tent camping. Please have dinner before or bring it on Friday. Drop off is 6pm later on Friday. Pick up is at 9am on Sunday morning. If you need gear for this trip let me know. Let us know if you can join us. We are collecting $15 on Monday.
