Gathering Activity:  7:00 pm – 7:15 pm: Tarp Ball Game (Entire PLC arrive 2 6:45 pm to prep gathering activity)

Opening:  7:15 pm – 7:25 pm: Troop 286 Uniform Requirements (Solid Color Shorts, Scout Pants or Jeans, Neckerchief, Class A Uniform, Corresponding Patches [Rank, Position, Number])

Patrol Corners: 7:30 pm – 7:45 pm: Continued construction of Patrol Flags (Mr. Dahlke, and James Greene to bring sharpies)

Merit Badge:  7:45 pm – 8:15 pm: Citizenship Merit Badge (Mr. Crosby)

Skill Instruction:  7:45 pm – 8:15 pm:  (Patrols Bring Your Hobo Stoves and Buddy Burners to Meeting to finish building)

Payments:

Herkimer:  $85.00 due by 5/7/18

Summer Camp payments as follows:

• Final scout payment of $135 due by 5/7/18
• Adult payment of $155 due by 5/7/18
• Any new scout wishing to sign up $300 due by 5/7/18

FYI

Summer camp merit badge sign up begins 4/15/18 I believe.  Scouts think about your merit badge schedule see attached PDFs.

Sky Zone Participants:  Troop was charged more than I projected, and I am going to have to request an additional payment from participants.  I have a call out to sky zone to finalize the amount.   An extra $2 – $4 per jumper more may be requested.   Information coming.
