7pm-7:15pm: The gathering activity is tarp ball led by our new Senior Patrol Leader Alex, Assistants Mark and Zach.
7:15-7:25pm: opening flags & announcements
7:25-8:15pm: assigning youth leadership positions. Forming Patrols & setting up patrol leaders, patrol names, shout, flag design.
8:15-8:30pm: Closing Flags & Announcements. $15 due for Sycamore Reservation Campout tonight

Out Meeting 9/22:
Adventure Landing on Sheridan Drive at 6:30pm-8pm.
September 29 we will be holding a membership/open house. Every scout will be given an invitation card to give to a friend/family to encourage membership. If you bring a potential new Scout to this meeting, you will be entered into a prize raffle. The council will be give recruitment patches if you have someone register. We will showcase our Troop calendar, have a registration table and leader meet and greet. And scouts will lead activities to potentially interested Scouts.
October 17-19 camping weekend at Camp Sam Wood (Barlow Cabin) 7772 Camp Rd, Portageville, NY 14536. $20/person
November 14-16 camping weekend at Camp Cutler (Maxion Lodge) 7131 Gulick Rd, Naples, NY 14512. $20/person
