Meeting Plans May 18 at 6pm
Troop 286,
**Summer Camp money is due now. Scouts are $620. Scout must be paid to register for merit badges. Adults are $220. Checks can be made payable to Troop 286. Let us know if you’re paying with your Scout account** $20 for a camp shirt are available for pre order. Shirt sizes are Youth Large and up. June orders and $ are due no later than June 1 meeting. Let me know if want to use your Scout account.
We are having this week’s meeting 6pm-7pm before Sabres game 7 begins.
BRING A CHAIR OR SOMETHING TO SIT ON.
6pm-6:15pm: gathering activity is capture the flag outside led by SPL & ASPLs
6:15pm-6:25pm: OUTSIDE opening/closing flags are led by Sebastian with Alex as a part of a communications merit badge requirement.
6:25pm-7pm: Mrs. Mayback is teaching Citizenship in the Community to: Alex, Kenneth, Andrew, Jase, Timmy, Sean, Evan, Oliver, Sebastian, Henry, Daniel, Luke J, Gavin, Jackson, Zach. (Some of these scouts have partials for Citizenship in the Community). Other scouts who already have this merit badge can work on other partial merit badges or pre reqs for summer camp.
7pm: Closing Flags & Announcements.

May 25: no meeting on Memorial Day
May 30: outmeeting at the Botanical Gardens 2655 South Park Ave, Buffalo, NY 14218. 1pm-4pm is a self guided tour. Admission is free. This us a gardening merit badge requirement. We need a headcount of how many scouts and adults are attending. So far signed up: Mrs. Mayback, Luke & Erin Jaeger, Timmy, Harold and Evan.
June 19-21: Claimjumper Campout! Don Miller. Troop 286 is the host Troop. We are in the same campsite as last year. We need RSVPs before June 1 with tshirt size. This campout is $30. Adults are needed to help run this event. The following Scouts are already signed up: Luke P, Evan, Andrew, Jase, Timmy,
