7pm-7:15pm: gathering activity downstairs
7:20pm-7:30pm: Set up Flags for the Opening, tables and chairs, announcements. Andrew is leading opening/closing with Alex as a part of communications merit badge requirements.
7:30pm- 8:20pm: older scouts will be teaching 4a, 5b first aid requirements for Tenderfoot. 6b, 6d, 6e for second class to the younger scouts. There are a number of scoutmasters conferences/Board of Reviews for: Evan, Timmy, Sebastian, Andrew, Jase, Kenneth
8:20pm-8:30pm: Closing Flags & Announcements.
