7pm-7:15pm: gathering activity is in the committee room downstairs. Knot Challenge Part 2 led by youth leaders.
7:20-7:30pm: set up flags, tables & chairs. Opening flags & announcements
7:30-8:15pm: Communications Merit badge with Mr. Dahlke in the meeting space: Timmy, Sean, Kenneth, Henry, Zach, Jase, Gavin, Phoenix, Evan, Andrew, Jackson, Oliver, Sabastian, Luke P and Luke J. See Dan’s email for the homework.
8:15-8:30pm: Closing Flags & Announcements. Thanksgiving meal donation $ collection.
Popcorn: Tom Duffy will bring popcorn orders to the meeting. Please let him know you will there or need other arrangements for pick up 716-417-2652. He lives at 312 Dexter Terrace, Tonawanda 14150. His email is thomas.duffy@verizon.net
What’s Next:
December 15 Christmas Party – please wear your Christmas sweaters/shirts. Bring a snack to share. Please bring ingredient listing for those with peanut/tree nut, dairy allergies.
January 23-25 Winter Klondike at Scouthaven. More info to follow.
