Meeting Plans for 11/10
7pm-7:15pm: gathering activity is in the committee room (where the communications merit badge was last week) Knot Challenge led by youth leaders.
7:20-7:30pm: set up flags, tables & chairs. Opening flags & announcements
7:30-8:15pm: Communications Merit badge with Mr. Dahlke in our meeting space. The following scouts need this merit badge: Timmy, Sean, Kenneth, Henry, Zach, Jase, Gavin, Phoenix, Evan, Andrew, Jackson, Oliver, Sabastian, Luke P and Luke J.
8:15-8:30pm: Closing Flags & Announcements. Last night to sign up & pay for Camp Cutler weekend.
What’s Next:
We are collecting $ donations for the annual Thanksgiving meals. We help 4 families with a full Thanksgiving meal.
November 14-16 camping weekend at Camp Cutler (Maxion Lodge) 7131 Gulick Rd, Naples, NY 14512. $20/person. Signup with this link:
December 15 Christmas Party – please wear your Christmas sweaters/shirts. Bring a snack to share. Please bring ingredient listing for those with peanut/tree nut, dairy allergies.
January 23-25 Winter Klondike at Scouthaven. More info to follow.
