Opening:  7:15 pm – 7:25 pm: General Opening

Patrol Corners: 7:30 pm 7:45 pm: 

·       Scoutbook and personal scout book advancement in Patrols

Merit badge: 7:45 pm – 8:15 pm First Aid or Sustainability

Scouts not taking Merit Badge will continue advancements

Closing: 8:15 pm

No sledding campout email.  Details and reminders below:

·       NO SNOW AT CAMP DO NOT BRING SLEDS

·       This is a fun campout, and we will adjust events to the weather and situation we find ourselves in

·        Lets meet at Blessed Sacrament Church 2/17/23 at 5:00 pm

·       2-hour drive to camp from Tonawanda

·       Eat dinner before arriving at camp or drivers will be stopping for fast food somewhere

·       You do not have to bring a chair.

·       See Cabin Campout packing list within this link

·       No Uniforms

·       Cabin has bunks and mattresses

·       Bring your Scout book WE WILL BE DONG SCOUT ADVANCEMENT ACTIVITIES

·        Dahlke, Shotwell and Mayback are driving we will be able to give everyone a ride vehicles as follows

o   Dahlke with Mee and Peters

o   Shotwell with Shotwell, George and Duffy

o   Mayback with Macellino and Voigt

o   Gerbacht arriving at 9:00am Sat

·        We are staying at Camp Cutler in the Winter Cabin

Rock Climbing Cancelled for Monday NO MEETING MONDAY

The rock climbing out meeting scheduled for tomorrow will be cancelled. We did not have enough interest. We will not have a meeting tomorrow either. See everyone on 2/6/23.

·       $ 100.00 deposit is now due for the Chicago Big City Trip.

·       $ 30.00 Due for Klondike Campout and 1/23/23 is the last day to sign up.

·       $100.00 summer camp bunk deposit due 2/6/23

·       Sign up sheet will be out for summer camp 7/9/23 – 7/14/23

·       Sign up sheet will be out for Recharter Dinner on 2/27/23 families are asked to bring a dish to share, and Troop will provide roast beef sandwiches.

We are going to Summer Camp from 7/10/22 -7/15/22 at Camp Scouthaven in Freedom NY.

More Summer Camp information will available at tonight’s meeting.

2022 Pricing

• $435 – Scouts BSA  
• $200 – Scouts BSA Additional Adult 

2022 Payment Schedule

• 12/31/22 – $100 Session Deposit per Unit
• 04/01/22 – $50 Bunk Deposit per Participant
• 06/01/22 – Final Payments Due
  • A $25 late fee is applied to the final payment of each participant who does not complete the payment schedule on time.
